plaeground are working on a new album called bumble spree. we're using mostly reason in live. live is cool because we can take a lot of nature sounds and impose melodys and rhythms onto them. thats the bumble bee technique. anyway i put four demos up out of the 23 tracks we started in the last spree...

I just finished using LIVE to do a rock album. i used to use protools only for rock music and reason/live for electronic/hiphop. it was a grand experiment to use live and take advantage of the things it offers on a live band. it was recorded in a couple locations on a couple computers rather haphazr...

i'm having the same problem right now and i'm losing money and work.

yeah you are totally wrong. multiband compression is key in mastering. every mastering studio uses it. every piece of mastering hardware or software also uses some form of it. it is difficult to use and use well but its not too bad if you understand compression.
