yeah that is what I do and after a kick and hi hat from operator, a bass line and lead line from reaktor, cpu is pretty much max out. I'm baffled. Maybe Logic would be better suited for my situation.

yeah I'm definatly going to have to get a macbook. Just a toss up between Logic and Live + Reaktor. I make electronic music and I love the layout and flow of Live. I just need some better sounding instruments. I fooled around with my buddies version of Logic and man it sounded very nice, just a pain...

yeah the simptoms I'm discribing are with each audio track frozen. I was very curious how much more efficient Live 6 is over 5 on a powerbook. Thank you for all the responses.

polyslax thank you thank you thank you!!! I've tried to do that before and for some reason it never worked. So alright now I got them down to 5 and 2mb, if anyone would be so kind as to listen and give me some feedback it would be appreciated.

one is 54mb and the other is 17mb. Any advice how to cut down the file size would be appreciated.I've tried all manor of rendering and I can't get a 4min song to be under 17mb.
