DJ with Live?
My 2cents: I don't see playing out cells from Live as DJing but more as "Live Remixing" or "Live Rearanging" a song.

Low Latency Cards
There is no such thing as a low-latency USB card. The protocol overhead inside the OS (e.g. the recyling of the IRP/URB's in XP) and EHCI host controller interface results in at least 4 msec latency. With an ASIO buffer size of 2 ms (and two buffers) it will lead to 8 msec output latency at least. Y...

Audio Beat Extractor/ Audio to Midi Clock
It would be awsome if the Abletons could build in an option to sync Live to an incoming audio signal, like as if using a Redsound Micro Sync and midi clock. Red Sound is not making these anymore unfortunatly so the way to go is to integrate it in Live. Great for DJ's!

Sound Quality Live 4 vs. SX
Hi, Did anyone run any comparisons of the sound quality of Live 4 compared to SX? (of coarse with non-warped waves) Do the VSTi's and plugins sound as good? I'm planning to move from SX to Live for producing and this is about the only thing that I'm not sure about. I assume Live uses floats internal...
