Thanks for the replies. I don't see any way of setting the controllers on different MIDI channels. They are each connected via USB. As for changing the CC numbers, I'm on a Mac here, and the BCEdit software, to me, looks only a little easier than learning C++. In other words, it's a foreign language...

In order to get a clip that I recorded to play and loop from it's true beginning, I have to set the start point to -2 1 1. In other words, I have to move back the start point in the warp editor to get it to start in the correct place. If I do not do this, it will start on the 2nd measure of the clip...

Changing screen resolution, or zooming in is not the solution I'm looking for.
It's hard to believe that it's not a user adjustable preference.
