HOLY CRAP!! That Phone Disk program (http://www.macroplant.com/phonedisk/) is AWESOME however!! It lets you access ALL program files over the USB lead - no more dodgy ftp or proprietary server hassles!! Just hope apple doesn't shut it down somehow...

I've had a play around with touchOSC but it sems like it has drop outs sending/receiving stuff at times which gets kinda annoying. Given I was about 5m away from the wireless router it didn't seem like connection strength would be a problem, but who knows... A friend of mine's had similar trouble on...

interesting - I couldn't get the driver to install at the time so Live wouldn't see ANY of it's midi unfortunately. It worked a treat on a mac though. I had a look and it seems they've updated the drivers etc so maybe it got fixed? SOunds like it must have at some point - cool!

Did you get the USB driver to work on PC? I had a look at one years ago and couldn't get it to do anything unfortunately - is there any trick to it? I think they're a great bit of gear but it just wouldn't work for me back then....

Have you guys seen in the midi tab of sampler? there's a few things there you can assign to midi modulate loop start and end points, the most obviously useful of em might be pitchbend I guess. You might look in to using something like bidule or usine or whatever else to convert the incoming midi fro...

meh - nothin new there that i need. there's still a lot in 7 i don't really use. for me,the last big jump in live was when it went midi, everything since then's been evolution in my opinion, no huge leaps - guess i'm waiting for that again?
