Honestly, it would only take you 5-6 tedious minutes to select all in each clip and just drag down by 3 semitones. AFAIK that's the only way. Edit; Actually, using another program, ie one based on notation (not a DAW) you could probably load in a midi file containing all 87 clips as separate tracks...
