i was having weird problems using crystal in live 6 as a AU for a while.
i had to use vst.

dont think this helps but just some info

which one do you think i should choose.

right now all i have it automat and crystal.

im leaning towards the fabfilter twin because it seems to have a lot more to offer and is cheaper.

but im ready to have you all put some ideas in.

Yep, my favorite way to get a good gnarly phat rippin' bass is with operator's sq/saw 64 waveform pitched way down, and a crayon filter over it w\ low pass around half. Twaek res. mac so the drivers are already set. and its just using ableton.

for some reason when i plug in either of my keyboards if i play c it goes up to c# and the scale goes from there...

i had to load each sample into the wav forms and then put the rack file intop the instrument rack

i have to say lives arp alone is pretty weak. but mixed with other stuff its pretty awesome. if you hav elive 6 go check out the racks they have created to get nice arp sounds. plus maybe its just me but to get the "arp" sound you want isnt it better to go in and hand draw that shit yourse...
