Roxio Toast gives you a codec to enable Blue Ray discs on your Mac... Not sure if its just for burning your own discs or whether it lets you watch them as well.

when I sequence things I usually leave 16 bars or so blank at the beginning of the arrangement view. That way, I can loop the beginning in session view and not get any spill from tracks in the arrange.

Wave Arts Restoration Suite, BIAS Sound Soap are both really good ones.
