Re: 8.3?

The new Automatic Update feature is a wonderful pile of crap, it seems. Checking for updates still opens a browser page, as usual. Wrong.. If you're clicking "Check for updates" from the Help menu, then it's hardly an automated process you've initiated.. That's what would be a 'manual' up...

The new Automatic Update feature is a wonderful pile of crap, it seems. Checking for updates still opens a browser page, as usual. More importantly, however, the install itself is still full of crap. Why does Ableton not automatically clean up leftover shit after installing? The only real improvemen...

Re: M4L and Syntecno TeeBee

For using the TB-303 sound with Live, look no further than AudioRealism Bassline 2 . D16's Phoscyon is also nice, but I prefer ABL2. Fwiw, I have 2 real Roland TB-303's around... don't use them much, too much hassle. :P For an affordable analog rack, maybe check some of the Roland MKS series. Or kee...

8.2.2b6 does not show 8.2.2 as update

When checking for updates ( cf. this URL) from Live 8.2.2b6, the result is "There's no update available for this version." I would prefer that the version numbering system reflects the status change from beta to public release - even when a beta version is subsequently released without any...

Re: Please - CUSTOMIZABLE Key Commands already!!

[...] YES I know Live was originally built in Max [...] It was not, according to Robert Henke : Is it true that Live was originally written in Max MSP? There was a step sequencer, which had been developed by Gerhard Behles and myself, and this step sequencer had a few features, which later found it...

Re: Samples search (missing media) is very slow

Beta b4

Huh, why does the beta download page misleadingly refer to the old beta pages (8.1.x Beta Bugs) instead of the new ones (Live 8.2.x Beta Discussion)?

And can I haz changelog?
