I believe that any audio interface with 2 different stereo outputs can do that regardless if it is a USB or a firewire device.
I have a PreSonus' Firebox and I can easily split Track 1 to Out 3/4 and Track 2 to Out 5/6. It is just a matter of setting it up.

I don't think you can do that without using an external application.
You can try doing that by creating a MaxMsp patch which I believe that can be done quite easily.
