It works fine if you just have the monitor off, ovr off, and record on. It works all the time if you just do a midi learn of the parameters in live's parameter view of the instrument. Thats better anyways because then you can control multiple isntruments on multiple channels at the same time. When l...

These two programs definetly create an enviornment suitable for the maddest of scientists. I expanded on your LFO tutorial by setting up 5 different lfo's controlling 5 different CC values with my X-Station controlling the freq/amp of each then leading to ImpOSCar in Ableton. Now I am going to cross...

Nice one. Thanks again. Keep em coming. Do you know of any other sites besides the plogue forums that have some bidule tutorials. I cant get enough. Ive tried some other modular style programs before but never got into them like Bidule.

Ive been experimenting with this on PC and wanted to point out some things. I tried a couple different 'virtual midi cables. Midi Yoke and LoopBe . I found Midi Yoke was causeing DSP spikes resulting in hangs. LoopBe on the other hand ran rather smooth. However the best scenerio I found was using my...

Thanks Hoffman. This tutorial made me decide to get familiar with Plogue. WOW!!! With this and ableton it is now possible to achieve many of the ideas I have been imagining.

Looking forward to the next tutorial. Until then I will be going through the Bidule site and documentation.

I dont have operator or DR-008. But I dont feel that has limited me in utilizeing the als to base a remix on. I am just hard up trying to figure out which style to go with. I currently have two different versions going. I think I am enjoying the 'electro' style treatment at the moment.

I hope they dont add support for a compressed audio format.

If they do...they should go lossless....FLAC is where its at.
Ogg Vorbis wouldnt be bad either.
I think the best solution would be for them to come up with there own compression scheme.

I admit it would be nice to have this feature stream lined into ableton however I pretty much have a way of doing this already. Whenever I make a new envelope I copy it into a blank midi clip and save it as a midi file in my envelope library. When I want to use it I simply load the midi clip copy th...
