- 64-bit engine
- integrated spectrum analyser on EQ8
- better reverb
- more midi functionality: chords, random rhythm generator
- pitching plug-in
- bezier automation curves
- dual-screen support
That's all I can really think of at the moment.

Re: Dean Thomas - Luminata - (Progressive/Uplifting Trance)
There isn;t any intended phase over the whole track. I'll have to look into that and see where it is coming from. Dean Thomas - Luminata - (Progressive/Uplifting Trance)
Hey all,
This is the first track I've had the confidence to share with you lot on the forum.
I'm aiming to get this professionally mastered, as my makeshift efforts sounds a little boomy in places.
Any opinions welcome!

Re: I wish Live 9 had this! Pitch correction build in.
I used to use FL Studio before I moved to Ableton. I have to say now that FL is coming on leaps and bounds over Ableton. Whilst Ableton continue to bug-fix, Image-Line continue to innovate.

Re: PS3 or XBOX360 ????
The only reason that cross-platform games look ever so slightly better on the Xbox is because of lazy developers failing to take full advantage of the PS3. Luckily, it is with the exclusives that the PS3 shines. Play the first 10 minutes of God of War 3 and you'll see what I mean lol.

I'm using the i5-750 quad-core 2.66GHz - it's running perfectly well for me.

Re: EQ Freq Question
Not necessarily, but you do need to take measures to ensure the sounds do not clash and do not 'mud' the mix.
This can be done through panning, stereo separation etc. You could even sidechain the problematic frequencies.

Re: PS3 or XBOX360 ????
I have a PS3 and find that the exclusives such as Heavy Rain, God of War 3, Uncharted 2 and the soon-to-be-released GT5 are worth the price of the console alone.

Re: APC 40 FAQs, features and questions
The only thing that really puts me off buying this controller is its lack of motorised faders. I would happily pay extra to have this feature.
