Re: Ableton Live User Group BERLIN !!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcWtw62LoVY Seems to be one of the last remaining Boney M videos on Youtube... I hate that "Dieses Video enthält Content von Sony Music Entertainment. Es ist in deinem Land nicht mehr verfügbar." on lots of other Boney M videos. They should go and stick thei...

Re: Step seq. for Lauchpad other than Max for Live

I'm currently working on doing a step sequencer/X0X style pattern editor using Reaktor.
Not yet sure whether I'll get this completed.

Re: Ableton live lessons in Berlin

Great to know that now there's a nice and competent Live teacher available in Berlin. I know Grappadura in person, he's a really knowledgeable and friendly guy. Grappadura plays beautiful music on Sunday evening chill-out lounge at Soupanova every now and then. I can fully recommend him as a Live te...

Re: Let's do it all over again - Best external software Synth?

One of my to-go synths that wasn't mentioned as of yet is Soniccharge Synplant. This beast allows you to "find" lots of strange and abstract yet very usable sounds for morphing and twisting. I often use Synplant for evolving pads and weird soundscapes. Similarly effective compared to Absyn...

Re: Image-Line "Harmless" $9 until Dec 31st

Harmless sounds really great. My new to-go synth for funky clavinet sounds and sweeping bass lines. Mostly rather gentle on cpu too. Just has some difficulties when switching sounds. Seems to recalculate some tables and take 100% cpu for some seconds then, totally freezing Live and making stuttering...

Re: What was your best purchase of 2009

- Synfire Pro (early bird promo) Awesome! I'm thinking about taking the plunge. How are you liking it? Synfire seems brilliant. Synfire is expensive but fully worth the asked price, has tons of great features, a clear and well done manual (PDF and printed), gets bugfixes/updates very often and the ...

Re: Redirect ableton keystrokes to VSTs.

Some of my VST's require use of the keyboard occasionally, but Ableton is not forwarding any of the keystrokes. I can't undo, redo, copy, paste, search in any of my VST GUI's because of this. Does anyone else find this? How are people working around it . I find this problem with Reaktor inside Live...
