Fast forward (or reverse) by 1 bar?
I have an M-Audio Oxygen 49 midi controller that has 6 transport buttons. All the transport buttons work perfectly in Live except for the Rewind and Fast Forward buttons. If I press either of these two it causes the play head to move around like crazy and I have to restart Live. I would really like ...

Remove Stop Button?
Hi,
I can't seem to figure out what functionality this gives. I'm sure it is simple, could someone explain it for me?
Thanks.

I'm in the process of reinstalling my system so can't check for sure right now but I think you could create this functionality using one (or some) of the MIDI fx and an Instrument Rack with Samplers or Simplers in it. I should have time to get up and running this weekend and will take a look at doin...

I did have the TriggerFinger selected as the controller in the MIDI setup but I disengaged that because it was causing other problems, mainly that the pads on my TriggerFinger were not mapping to the correct pads in the Drum Rack. I think the problem is probably nothing to do with Live but is instea...

Drum rack follows trigger finger pads?
I just purchased an M-Audio TriggerFinger to use with Live. One of the things advertised by Ableton in their Drum Rack video is that your drum pads (Trigger Finger in the video) will always trigger the selected area of notes in the Drum Rack. Is this false advertising or is there a way for Live to p...

MIDI keyboard to track problem
I am finding that some midi tracks are responding to my midi keyboard even when they are NOT selected in the session view. I have all my tracks in Auto monitor mode. Each tracks midi input is set to All Ins, All Channels. I thoght that in previous versions of Live that the track would only respond t...

How to use onboard audio to monitor?
Last year I set up my MacbookPro so that my main outputs were from my Apogee Duet but I used the onboard audio of the MacbookPro to monitor. I have since reinstalled OSX and now I can't remember how I set it up to work. I remember that I had to somehow create a conglomerate audio interface somewhere...
