Don't stress to much on that stuff. Absorbers on first and second reflection points, and bass traps in al the corners you will do marvel for your room. Maybe some diffusers if you feel so inclined. from there you can start trusting your ears more

is there any device similar to Beat Lookup in Reaktor that someone has programmed in Max4Live? it is essentially a device that allows you to trigger previous increments of audio that have have played.

i just set it up last night.

open Max 5, and the "Mu !.2. folder" to the max pathway (it has more details of this in the manual). then just drop the Mu.amxd in your ableton set.
