Re: howtoconnectthemidiformatofam4ldevicetothemidimap? api doubt

I think you should forget about midimap if your designing a template. You might better use something like the "select" (or "sel") object to pick the needed midi messages from your FCB, and then directly connect them to your desired functions. That way you'll never have to midimap...

Hello.
I think you can achieve this by send the message "call set_offsets $1 $2" to a live.object.

Re: Looking for Greenwod MAX/Msp patch

There's a usefull "m4l.bal~" (or something like that) abstraction in the m4l-patches folder that would suit your problem.

Re: beginner's apc40/m4l question

Yes.
Open the patch, then you have two way of doing it:
1- open your button inspector and in the "parameter visibility" (where "hidden" should be selected) select "automated and store".
2- Or you can go to View>Parameters and then do the same as described in 1-

Re: Automatically re-organize clips based on clip color?

How do you think those new clips just appear out of no where? There has to be some way of at least "directing" or telling a clip where to go. I wonder if anyone can guess how exactly that happens?
New clips are created.
