Re: Ableton 11 Scene Tempos Don't Change after Follow Action 'Next'
Can’t you view your backing clips’ bar lengths as reference and add the same numbers to the Scenes?
Would be easier to set Scene lengths in hrs:mins:secs but we’re stuck with bars for now..

Re: Ableton 11 Scene Tempos Don't Change after Follow Action 'Next'
From your screenshot, only the first Scene 'Forward (Intro)' has a Follow Action, so maybe you're still editing the Clips when you thought you'd selected the Scenes. Understandable! Re: Session View w/ more clips from a single track?
Possibly an easier way:
Use a Drum Rack as a clip luncher using a Launcher 2.0 max device on each pad. This triggers one of the 64 clips in a single row.
You get to keep the choking and single track workflow, and fire the clips via the Drum Rack from Push (up to 64 pads).

Re: Dropping/Deleting devices stops MIDI in other tracks...
Just tried it here and yes – held notes on a midi track (going to my external Analog Keys) are cut off when I add or delete another track's Drum Rack. Duplicating the long-notes clip into an Operator track, the notes are not cut off. So it only happens to external midi like you say.

Re: MIDI Mapping - Ableton Not Receiving Correct Program Change Messages
Looks like you’re changing the value of a single channel’s pitch bend message. Try changing the channel per control instead.

Re: MIDI Mapping - Ableton Not Receiving Correct Program Change Messages
You need to set up the controller to send different messages per switch. I couldn't find any info online about doing this, but an image of the unit's rear has a QR code which links to an app on the ios app store. Looks like you need to use this app to change settings. It's called CubeSuite by Sinco ...

Re: Instrument Rack Chain Selector vs Tracks in Group folder PERFORMANCE?
that's not a problem - they've already been processed on their own tracks before being routed elsewhere (bus, group etc)
