Live remembers the last path where you saved a preset for EACH plugin though, so if you create a folder for each p;lugin you save presets for, it's pretty easy to manage fxp's. Ok that helps. Detachable Windows please...
When using my laptop for live I do like the way the windows currently default to.
However I would love the all windows ( midi editor, audio edit page etc.) to be optionally detachable so that I could arrange them over my two monitors on my studio machine.

Live's rendering of audio is the best there is in my experience.
