Keyboard shortcuts with midi controller - possible?
I've got a Novation remote zero SL and was wondering if I could assign the terrible drum pads on it to some of live's keyboard shortcuts, such as duplicate, consolidate and delete. Does anyone know of a way I could do this?

Re: Recommendations on a New Audio Interface
saffire pro 24 dsp here too. great sound, vrm is useful, nice software and excellent routing capabilities, and a very reasonable price. i had a presonus firebox before that and it was a terrible experience, shit driver support, shit customer service and cheap build quality, i'm never buying anything...

Re: Drum And Bass production. where do i begin?
the reason you are not getting much help is because these questions have been asked and answered a multitude of times all over the net. if you want to make drum and bass specifically, then head over to http://www.dogsonacid.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=4 , where you will find more than enough info t...

Ability to add plugins to 'Cue Out' channel
I think it would be very useful to be able to add plugins to the Cue Out channel in Live's mixer, this way file's in the browser could be previewed with FX or dynamics processing applied, to see if they are suitable before commiting to an import. This can currently be achieved by using a virtual aud...

Re: frequency analyser on live's browser output
I think all you can do is to use a virtual audio cable and route the cue output back into an Ableton track... hi, thanks for the tip, this works well :) for others interested in doing the same, here is what i did: i'm on osx by the way, not sure if there's an elegant solution to this for windows, i...

frequency analyser on live's browser output
something i've been trying to do but struggling with is being able to scroll through my list of samples in the browser and have their frequency output show up in a spectrum plugin. i tried putting the plugin on the master channel but it seems the preview output does not go through the master, and th...
