Is there a particular reason why Ableton does not allow the use of aliases or symbolic links?

if you close the lid and have it connected to a monitor you may need to click the mouse or external keyboard if you have one, this puts it in clamshell mode.

wave editor for me is by far the best, coming from sound forge on the pc i couldn't find something that compared until i tried wave editor. you need to delve into the keyboard shortcuts and set it up to how you want it to work though, it's very powerful under the hood.

i'd like to see this feature too, slicing in ableton is still not as good as it should be.
