Will Ableton ever support WDM/24 bit drivers?

I have a Roland StudioPak migrating to Yamaha 01X when it comes out, and also an Indigo IO, which is a fantastic Laptop device.

I'd like to see a simplified Windows CE Playback only version that would allow a limited number of sample loops simultaneously, the main feature being able to change tempo of the loops (and mute/enable) them in real time.

For use on a Pocket PC as a track accompaniment tool...
