Hej Folks,

when i doubleclick the desktop icon of Live 9 it takes up to 3min to start the application, admin on/off both tested, same behaviour in all versions of Live 9 incliuding the beta. Live 8 is up in 10 seconds.

Can anyone confirm this. A solution would be nice.

It is not possible to set the properties for the follow actions / clip quantization. I hope this will come with future updates. I recommend you to use this API doc to find the function you need there is a MAX patch called LOM Tester which is very helpfull too! http://cycling74.com/docs/max5/refpages...

I was about building a editing tool, not automating. I hope a follow-action/launch settings API-object will be added soon.

i searched the max help files but i cannot find a function to set the follo action parameters. start/end & loop points are possible so i start building the first part now.

Hej Folks, i think of a m4l tool to setup the clip start/loop points and follow actions. Example: When using the launchpad with loops, i often like to make 8 copys of a loop and offset (for having 8/8 parts, like slicing) the start and loop markers and set the follow actions to get the clips looping...

As a beginner you have to learn the basics. Such plugins are not good. which skin is that ? It's a custom one I made to go with Maschine. Yeah, it looks really slick. Wondering how automation looks, though? It tends to look rather messy with dark skins.
