consolidate your clips to one new clip (a bar or phrase would also be good) and then quantise it with command+u or ctrl+u. make shure to set your quantisation to 16th or notlengths that fit. cheers!

put a sample into sampler or generate a kick in operator and make use of the pitch envelope = punch!!!
