Now I'm gonna explain you why I made the reverse operation from being a 100% Live user and how I switched back to Logic Pro for 50/50 which means I go back and forth between the 2 independently. First of all, I'd like to say that EACH sequencer, even Reason's has it's pros and cons and that none of ...

Re: Analog: Bigger Depth for the PBend!+ other bits
Also, I think that the init patch has way too much amp release. It's annoying when programming from scratch like I do every single time. alter the default to your taste, right click its header, choose 'save as default' That's true, indeed. But why don't they to this by default at Ableton??

Analog: Bigger Depth for the PBend!+ other bits
+-12 Pithc Bending is good, but far from enough. I would have loved +-24 just like in operator. Is there any chance to see this happen?? Also, I think that the init patch has way too much amp release. It's annoying when programming from scratch like I do every single time. And last but not least... ...

Re: step sequencer plug in ?
now that we have the awesome drum machines, an old school step sequencer would be a lot of fun. OR how about a 16 by 16 matrix like the tenori-on or monome ? note on/off by mouse/qwerty or midi controller! fun fun fun. what say ye? I agree totally, but I have to say it again, A STEP INPUT for STEP ...

okeeeeey, guys, I can share my experience about this, although I don't know exactly what the cause is... I've been touring for 2 years with a liveset running an extensive bunch of long audio files, and several operator and sampler tracks, without mentioning the beat repeat, the flangers, the autopan...

what you are describing sounds pretty much as what i can do with for example the arturia moog modular vst. well each synth, whether be it hardware or software, has it's own typical sound character. reaktor doesn't have one? well it's quite complicated to explain basically. I think you're confusing ...

101-ism, i think you misunderstood me (or didn't watch the video). It's not the volume of the channel of the synth that shall control the wetness. It's the volume of the output of the synth I want controlling the reverb wetness. L7 features sidechain on a compressor. So it's as easy as sending your...

if you have operator, check my youtube page/ No zooms at the moment, it just explains how to use 3 fm oscillators to make a very decent kick in about 5 minutes.

Re: laptop
i would recommend a macbook or macbook pro, very fast and very stable. I second that, I've been using a macbook for more than a year for my live shows. As long as you take some things in consideration, you'll have no hassle at all. First of all, use at least 384 samples latency. It's a perfect compr...
