In regards to bandwidth issues internally I personally have never hit this limitation but I guess if you were recording and writing dozens of tracks at a time you may.

You still need separate drives for optimal performance. When your SSD throttles you will get dropouts and rendering errors if your 4k write threshold is met due to BG processes. I also go in the thoughts of switching to SSD disks! I have 4 drives in my computer. 1, osx, Ableton 2, samples, 3, Project 4, backup. Do I need to buy 4 SSD disks or do I work from one disk?
What is the best?

9-11% cpu is not normal for a convo reverb.

11% CPU for one reverb is to mutch.

Hi friends!
Hilarious things happening to the cpu when I use the mfl convolution reverb pro.
The first instance take 11% cpu and the sec on and the thirde only take 2% cpu!
Is there someone who can talk about what´s going on here?
