I've learnt a lot of things from this book.

The chapters about sound programming are really good. But even in the weaker chapters, lots of useful tricks.

+1000 for audio overdub.

I suppose that's a difficult feature to include (Live was not invented for this), but it would open tons of possibilities !

I have the same problem of losing MIDI control since I upgraded to 6.0.7, in a Windows XP environment.

This happens with the Trigger Finger as well as with my Faderfox or my UC33.

I had no problems with Korg Legacy and Live 5, except for the CPU.

I'll make a test with Live 6 tonight and tell you...

Never listen to this advice and Never compete with the other sequencers by imitating them.

Live is unique and should stay so. Your concept is great and you can dig it further without becoming just another mainstream sequencer !

Same wish : control changes for Operator and Impulse are my top priority for Live 6. I miss them EVERY SINGLE DAY !

Add to Live the possibility to direct the output to several soundcards, this would be great for mixing, controlling and improving live sound.

this would be GREAT ! Changing the sounds/sets/presets directly from a knob on my midi controller would save me many tracks and transform Live into a true musical instrument.
