I get this error on version 4.03 as well, when I'm editing the FL Studio track through rewire. It must have something to do with the rewire between certain instruments and Live. That message tends to keep popping up after it starts and the only thing to fix that in my case was the reinstall it.

I'm getting a Motif ES6 next week and wanted to find out if anyone has any experiencing using the Motif as a controller for Live 3.0? If not I'll be sure to report back my findings and what I was able to accomplish using both.
