Hrms, just a question regarding implementation of sidechains... how exactly would a host such as live be able to tell the sidechain and main signal apart? Logically, it would make sense to code the VST to have 4 inputs, and then have the user route stereo pair 1/2 for the main signal and 3/4 for th...

but with the 8020 you have to get a sub, right? how low goes frequency response with those units? also, can one incorporate another sub, like a KRK, without comrpomising the end results? cos' the genelec sub starts from US900... too much dough for me. I still like the BX5 from a year ago. Although you need something with more bass once in a while just to make sure you are not overkilling the very loooowws. I use the projectmix i/o as a mackie controller. All you have to do in the projectmix's case is to goto the midi/sync page and under control surface select mackie control, and for the input and output select the projectmix (control) for both and voila

Ok, for getting the audio over lan the best solution i found till now is wormhole2 by plasq.com

Setting up is a breeze, and the quality so far is great....
