I know I shouldn't have, but after upgrading to 3.02 Live, I cannot use Live rewired to Cubase SX anymore. Well, I performed the SX 2.01 upgrade. My first launch of a SX and Live 3 rewired, I hit play and I got a terrible deafening static on my monitors. Then Live hung and I had to reboot. Yes, SX 1.06 with Live worked great for me too. The problem is with SX 2.0, however, Steinberg just released the 2.01 patch which is suppoed to fix problems with SX 2 and Live. I will update this evening and report back.

Alex, Thanks for the reply. I am assuming the noise is coming from Live because when I solo any of the Live channel strips in Cubase I can hear the noise, but when I mute the Live channel strips I do not hear the noise. "Digital zipper noise" was the best description I could come up with!!...
