I love ableton live, and I use it every day, but:
automation lines and dots in ableton = not good.. just as many things in the arrangement view
sadly are still much better in every other "classic" DAW I know

bitwig is great for everybody who is working on clips but then want to focus more on the arrangement view. in live for me arrangement view allways felt messed up. allready the way an audio recording is visualised is bad: you have a block and then you need to open another layer the see another block ...

just tested it some more: more precisely, if you start recording in arrangement, I can play the drums and record it (linear), but when I switch to session view, and start a clip in the same track, the pads are disabled, and dont come back when I stop the clip... so being able to play the pads depend...
