Traktor, Deckadance, etc are updated with new versions of Z-Plane's time stretching algorithm as it comes out, is this true of Live 8? Thanks.

I think all he's trying to say here is the majority of people who use Live to DJ do so using Complex mode which frankly sounds like ass on a club system. As someone already pointed out, he uses it from time to time, so clearly he's not hating on the software, but is rather just pointing out it sucks...

don't update your machine if you're concerned with stability, its simple. how can you possibly expect every piece of software to work in perfect harmony if you're updating core system files every 3 weeks? its a DAW, not your grandpa's imac.

Were you inspired to try this from our previous thread on PC hardware? Good luck with it. The idea that it would be illegal seems pretty stupid to me. Never even occurred to me to even think of it. iDeneb 1.4 (10.5.8) running great here. Grab the torrent and do a fresh install (30 minutes tops), if you need to swap files between Mac/PC get MacDrive.
