Re: Random MIDI pitch bend and transpose
This can be tricky. Is it pitchbend or is it transpose? If transpose, then some transposition or pitch parameters would be changed on a device. Or a midi device could introduce surprises. If it’s pitchbend, it’ll only revert back to Zero in a clip if there is an automation node setting it to Zero. I...

Re: Anyone can Recognize this synth?
I’m interested in this too. Some of these sounds are almost meme level for this style and for a good number of years. Tipper comes to mind. I have ideas as to how to approach it, but I’m curious if there was a go-to method for this type of sound.

Re: Pigments - mod wheel automation
I’m no expert in this field but I think macros and ‘Configure’ are intended for parameters that aren’t expected to automatically have midi control via a common controller. For instance: Mod wheel and pitchbend are very likely to automatically work with plugins. Even some controls like volume, bright...

Re: tempo automation different on playback than when I recorded it
There might be some latency. This can occur for a number of reasons. Usually from cpu intensive fx plugins. I am not super informed on the implications of this but it sounds like that might be related to your issue.

There are punch in and punch out icons at the top of the screen on the left and right side of Loop. With Loop off, it’ll just record in the section where the Loop Bracket is.

Re: Probably the nine millionth identical question about warp markers..
Just curious real quick what the purpose of the warping is in this case? When you imported the mix, was it imported as separate clips? In that case, warping can be helpful. If the mix is already ‘complete’, and you’re moving onto other parts of the finalization process, warping might not be necessar...

I feel like we are missing some info.
What system are you using? Version of Live? Are these vst2 you are asking about? Vst3? Did you install them properly?

Re: ModWheel on Novation Impulse does not work in Live11
Is your modwheel mapped to something in Live? Even if it’s not the modwheel from your controller, if you mapped the same CC of a different controller to something in Live, that will gain priority.
I’d go into midi mapping mode and see if the mod wheel cc is on the list already mapped to something.

How does it respond to a set of only audio clips with zero effects in any channel, zero effects on Master, and zero effects in Return channels? And by zero, I mean not just turned off but completely removed

Re: record 2 or more tracks at same time in sync
There might be a setting for starting recording on scene launch. You’d have to possibly adjust your set to work with that constraint, like if you have to remove stop buttons on a scene or something

Re: iPad with software controller apps
I think overall it’s a tricky product to offer. Live is constantly evolving and the iPad is extremely capable. On the most basic end of things, an iPad could easily be used to just launch clips. But, the potential is endless, so people have developed extremely complex apps that do really cool things...

Re: Help integrating mostly midi set-up with Live 11 - It's definitely me
It seems strange that recording would cause it to jump clip to clip. It sounds like you have some Remote and Control Surface things at play which are interfering with the midi functionality. I’m sure that in addition to the sequences, the best step might also be sending other midi data like timing a...

Re: WAV corrupted when put to audio
If you’re mastering it, you might want to turn Warp off for the clip. Warp changes some characteristics of the audio depending on which warp mode you use. If you want the pure version of your exported audio file, make sure Warp is off for the file after you dragged it in.
