hi, could someone please explain when there is a technical need for aligning signals with align delay?…should i use it when i have different tracks with various latency inducing plugins?…like aligning one track with 2 plugins that have 20 samples latency each and another track that has only one plug...

…yes…i‘ve also tried the rack solution but it was much more cpu demanding than switching presets via program change messages…

…you don‘t need to install all plugins or packs again…when you install 11.1 it’s just another version that uses the same plugins and packs as the old version…so you only need roundabout 3gb for the installation…after installation you‘ll have both versions side by side…the old one and 11.1…

...when i record midi into a slot with quantisation set to "off" i was under the impression that this results in a unquantized recording...the notes have a relation to a beat (1/16 or so) but i can clearly see an offset value that i'm also able to change with my push...
