yea, unfortunately those software and command tricks won't work, because this is what i believe is a physical problem. i think the cd itself might be warped, thus maybe tomorrow i'll have to take it apart. sigh.

Here's a problem for you. i have a stuck cd in my mac mini. it is NOT that mac is malfunctioning. i can get the cd tray to TRY to eject the disk. i think it might have been deformed or something. any ideas on how i could get it out?

do you have an interface?

you need to plug the audio outs into 1 or 2 channels in your interface and them select them as audio ins. you can also use an external instrument track if you want to use the motif as a midi keyboard and then manipulate the sounds later.

is C something i need to buy? is learning C just learning something archaic? could i just learn those basics by learning one of the other languges?
