But… I’ve seen something that before, with other programs. Try setting Scaling to 100% on both monitors from Display settings. I’m guessing it’s set to something higher than 100

I’ve seen a problem lonnng ago in Windows XP where the video card was an issue. Easiest way to find out would be to temporarily disable the Nvidia in the BIOS or just remove it physically.
