Is it possible to lock the effects view of one track to push2. So no matter what track I select I can control only the devices locked to say track one. Using device lock doesn't work as you can only lock one device.

Any Max devices?

Yeah USB is way better thanks, I'm still getting random hiccups though, not what I'm used too. The 3d console is still in beta so I guess this stuff will be ironed out.

This is so weird, on a high buffer size my project is unplayable but on a smaller buffer size like 128, it works, kinda. As soon as I go to 256 or higher the sound gets destroyed. I've never seen anything like this.

Anyone else having problems with the MIO console 3d update?

Getting insane audio crackling with even low CPU meter, internal soundcard works fine.
I'm on Mac.

The new 13inch MB pro's are tiny compared to old ones! I don't have one but I'm sure the 8th gen i5 config will be more than enough for travelling needs.

I have no experience with the airs but most people would recommend sticking to the pro's.

I would: 1. Find relavent samples ( in this case latin percussion). 2. Learn each individual sound's part and play along with it. 3. Record/sequence each sound. 4. One could also convert the audio to midi and work from there. For this loop I'm pretty sure there is a short feedback, 8th note delay in...

Mmmmm, yeah it's a strange one, let's hope it doesn't come back.

I'm not very familiar with the topic of scripts and control surfaces so I won't go into it but they could affect the cue volume if they have a mapping for it and it malfunctioned somehow.

It could also be a combination of things.

I noticed that the preview volume was being reset to a low level again and despite my frequent changes, it always went back to a low volume after a couple of more clips were previewed. Are you using any control surfaces? Does the same thing happen on a completely blank set? ie, no pluggins, mapping...

So just to be sure, the cue volume is that little dial on the master track with the headphone symbol.
