~3.2 gb here.. use jbridge if you have to to get around the plugs that aren't 64 bit yet

that's about my experience on sets of equivalent size.. raising your buffer will help some.. having a dedicated audio drives outside your system drive has helped me also.. when all else fails, print to audio/freeze tracks.. just change the sample rate in live's pref to 96.. your sound card has to be...

i got one that came with the APC and one that came with my gf's m-box.. i couldn't tell any difference.. both have the same limited amount of midi and audio tracks..

i actually use the audio to midi more often than correcting vocals.. great plug.. especially with the integration with S1.. i hoping since ARA was made public that ableton would incorporate it into a future version

I've noticed this too.. I downloaded a 99cent app from the app store called smart ram.. it does the trick for me and free's up unallocated RAM every time i close ableton.. To be fair to ableton, i noticed safari does this also at times..

question about beta releases..
let's say this beta release is usuable and you do a fair amount of work on it.. once the bugs are fixed and they do a formal release of the 64 bit version, will it open sets done on beta versions?
