The one little annoying workflow thing I come across *frequently* is having to toggle views to change a track’s Send amount to my reverb and/or delay Returns. Extra annoying when dealing with multiple vocal takes. Won’t miss it.

Just a quick question on this feature…

In the limited Live 12 shots I’ve seen, I’ve not seen any pics of the Sends controls (knobs) when Mixer is open in Arrange View. Anyone know if we will be able to control Sends to Return tracks from Arrange?

I’m asking how to route… a hot mic into Live, then through a compressor VST, and capture the vox+compression in the resulting recorded audio. I want to tame a singers vocals during the recording session. …preferably with the singer able to monitor it during their performance. To say it another way, ...

Have you tried removing it and re-pairing?

I’d like to add some gentle compression on an incoming vocal track. Hoping to add an LA-2A plugin on vocals during recording. Going cross-eyed trying to figure out the routing. Any tips on how to do this?

Thanks! It’s only the one track. So remapping isn’t too unreasonable. In the future I’ll use SD3 to design the pattern, so it will be a non-issue after I get this one dialed in

The highest spike was 24% for total CPU use and it seemed to be around 6% average. That's not very high, but...

I have seen where automation can leave ghosts around after items have been moved or deleted. Maybe try turning that off and see if runs a little smoother.
