Ah, never mind, i realize that i can download the beta and see for myself.
I think the sampler should be improved, some parameters being shared by all the samples, which is really inconvenient.
I know there are workarounds but still ...

Live 12 ===> sampler
Anybody knows if the sampler is gonna be revamped in L12 ?
If not i might as well pass for a while, roll up my sleeves and read the TX16Wx vst manual + get the pro version.
Thanks !

Re: Midi Logical Edit
Bumpationalitically bumping ... why no such feature for midi ?? If 1987 pro 24 could do it, 2022 Abes could, no ? No will at all ?? Or i just missed that there is a M4L logical editor by a nice and smart developer ?? Still puzzled by this .... ... and honestly, though a hardcore Ableton Live lover s...

Re: LIVE 10 STRANGE CRACKLING ON PLAYBACK
Same here, Glad i'm not the only one. This is, as you say, SUPER ANNOYING. I am editing stuff that cannot be done with beat mode. The extra annoying layer is that it's not even systematic so one might check and think everything is fine, but in reality the next clips might have the problem. On some p...

Re: SAMPLER - Individual volume envelopes for each sample??
Pardon the necrophily, but when i come to think of it, still no independent volume envelope for each sample ... really ?? 14 years after this post, i still think it's a real drag, and for one project i have right now, fine tuning, it's a PITA. Manageable, of course, like helpfully mentioned in this ...

Re: [Solved] Alkman's Euclidean Sequencer Pro ...
Problem 95% solved, though it is mysterious. If anyone has this problem : all the tests i made were with the sequencer active (unfolded state) ; upon opening a test set and as usual having no midi data pass through the Euclidean Out, i collapsed the sequencer by chance and BAM!, the data passed thro...

[Solved] Alkman's Euclidean Sequencer Pro ...
... is very nice until the "euclidean out" module comes into the game : i just can't get it to work again when opening a saved set. If i click on "midi through" the midi data is correctly sent, but otherwise, even though the track and instance are remembered, no midi is transmitt...

Re: Midi Logical Edit
Yes, thanks, i know, my 37 semitones example was not very good.
In a logical editor you can do stuff like "select all notes longer than a 16th note and raise their velocity by 15".
That would be a better example.

Midi editing is far to basic.
Logical edit would be great.

Midi Logical Edit
I use and love Live since 2003, v2, pre-midi, but now that it is the fantastic giant that it is now, i still don't understand why midi editing is so archaic. Especially, i would really love a logical editor In 1987 i was using an Atari and Pro 24, it had one already, and i remember being blown away ...

Axiom 25 1st gen. and automapping in L10
edit: never mind, it works now ! Sorry, i just can;t erase this post. ... has anyone succeeded getting it to work ? I just got this Axiom 25 1st gen. used for almost nothing, and though it is listed in the control surfaces in L10, the transport does not react. I found an AxiomTutorial.alp for settin...

Soundmanufacture Modular Sequencer ...
... I bought it. It works great but the swing module is all over the place. Just switched on with 0% the notes are offset, even the first beat. Too bad, it could be a great tool for making grooves, a rare thing in the world of modular sequencers, but it is not reliable. Also the documentation is ver...

Prehistoric Atari EPS 16+ TG77 Tracks 1994
Hi guys, Today i decided to listen again to my first ever release, from 1994 on Paris label Omnisonus, and i was a bit pleasantly surprised, except for the mastering part, my gear was so limited at that time, when owning a D.A.T sounded like reaching the pearly gates. Just a sampler is almost alll y...
