Re: AudioMIDI UltraAnalog deal - where is the 15 day version?
I can't find the thread that talks about the 15 day fully functional version of UltraAnaog VA 1 that is meant to be available after ordering. Does anyone know where to find this (while I wait for the serial no to arrive) Thanks Richard It's not a 15 day version it's a $15 version from AudioMidi.com...

Problems with Sound Toys Plugins?
Anyone else having any problems with Sound Toys in 8.0?
The AU loads fine in all my other programs (Pro Tools and Logic) but when I add any of the Toys to a track or return it just, well, sounds broken.
All distorted and crackly.
Input levels etc are fine.
Cheers,
R.

Re: Drum Tracking!
What are you guys talking about? There's some nice tips here but unless I'm totally missing the point here, H2Only got in the second post! Copy and paste the missing kick drum. Easy-peasy. Done every single day in a million (or so) studios around the world. Takes 30 seconds. Move on. You electronic ...

Re: Layering on top of audio drum loop
You could always convert the audio to midi and trigger your samples that, right?
R.
P.S. I should add that I don't actually know how to do this in Live (but would love to learn) as I usually use either Pro Tools or Logic as my main app.

Paris-Brussels is like 1:15 away. Really close. Really easy to get to. No snowboarding but it's a cool city. Paris-Switzerland is quite a bit further depending on where you're going but certainly not impossible and depending on where you go you've got snowboarding. And cool cities. Take your pick. H...

Bro, you could go out, play an entire set of my music, say it was yours, get billed as your psudonym, take all the money, drugs and chicks and I would be happy.. I just expect a high five one day I think with the way that I have laid the set out and encourage people to fuck with it, it's pretty eas...

Impulse: When 0 (db) doesn't equal 0
Question: I'm using an Impulse preset and changing some of the sounds to what I need but after I've created a pattern when I go in to adjust the volume of the individual notes in the pattern clip there's no difference between 1 and 127 ie. the volume of that kik/snare/whatever just stays the same re...

mackie are the only company that understand the concept of 'playable' mute and solo buttons. shame they don't understand the concept of recording over fw WITH eq Yeah. SUPPOSEDLY the reason they configured it that was so someone could do 'front of house' etc yet still record unaffected tracks direc...

Could be wrong, but i think the Mackie channels do not include the send signals - there is even some stupid wiring mod that can be done so that you can record with the sends. A Basically the Direct Outs are pre-EQ meaning you can't send EQ'd tracks out via Firewire UNLESS you have the direct-outs m...

Cheers Machinate, That's exactly what I was trying to do. And GB thanks as well. Yeah the problem was that while the Simpler only contains one sound it would follow the pitch from the midi notes coming off the split REX file. I'm sure there's quite a few ways to do this but this is a quick way to ta...
