As an iOS developer, it's much more the technical problems than any business side. Ideally, we'd develop and sell on all platforms, but with very limited time and resources we're going to use the platform with the least MIDI latency problems, with Apple's basic, but reasonably effective copy protect...

I think in general producers use active speakers more for repeatability. You know your KRK's or Genelecs will sound the same as any other pair of that exact same model. It gives manufacturers more control to tailor the sound of the speaker/amp to be exactly what THEY want it to sound like based on ...

No one I know has heard of Einoma , which is a shame. Think Autechre, only musical :twisted: Cool, listening in... sounds really good so far. Try listening to Vetrarvelin from the album Milli Tonverka on (good) headphones... 8) Ta - very atmospheric - am currently going through their entire bandcam...

Maybe already passé for some, but maybe still unheard-of for others: Roly Porter haven't heard of him. sounds great though, and from this link i can see he's playing down the road from me on the 20th feb. cheers :) If he's doing one of the AV shows then sell all your worldly goods to go see him.
