Live 6 Crackling sound

I have noticed a "crackling" sound since I upgraded to Live 6 from 5. P4 2.4G 1G Ram XP using M-Audio Axiom 25. The crackling gets slightly worse with higher CPU usage. Also, CPU cannot seem to handle 4 Audio tracks and 2 Midi tracks. Stutters at 5 tracks, and barely plays at 6 tracks. Any...
