I don't get why so many want 9 released so bad. 8 is amazing and very deep. It seems to me that every year they dont update it they are adding value to my purchase of 8. Live's Rewire engine is having issues in the new update. Anyone else having this issue? Kinda Sucks, I use Reason a lot.

All Right Got it to work! I even Got Punch In Effects to work too (different trick) Next Ill try this "Multiple Controller Trick" Ill be having to create a script based off of one of the preloaded scripts that come with live. Ill post my findings... Thanks again.

padkontrol all day for drum pads. maschine is more than just a controller its a whole new daw. just depends what you want. I tried one of those and I liked the feel of the pads, the way they lit up was very cool, and Korgs Programmer GUI is way better too, But I couldn't get over the lack of faders...

You can go to the midi tab in preference and select the TF from the drop down menu. that should automatically map everything while you are using the 1 preset. Yes! it the most programmable. they are discontinued though so you might need to use ebay to find one. the new akai series looks cool though, it would be nice to have 8 faders and knobs. Man it would be great it M Audio released a next gen Triggerfinger!

Odd steps suggestion is the best practice... You can also "extract the groove" of your beat boxing and it will give you a midi clip but you'll have to move some sounds around.

I would think Chains plus dummy clips...

Though I would probably sample presets and load them in sampler and zone it out.
