the beatseeker device uses a "check if another instance of the same device is loaded somwhere else in the set already" method. Let me know if you need.

One way to test latency would be to send the click track back into BeatSeeker.
You shouldn't need to use piezos, although I'm sure they'd work okay. If you want to send me a recording of the drums live, I can have a look into it?

will it be possible to sync ableton properly to traktor with this device on windows? I don;t think I know enough about Traktor to say. What's the intended use ? It can sync to an external pulse (provided this pulse is roughly steady) - think eg a four to the floor slowly varying drum machine. So if...

Ok, so I bought it and tried it out. CPU usage went from 20% (witouth the Beatseeker) up to 60% while it was in "tempo recognize mode". Yay! Of course, when it's not in "tempo recognize mode" CPU usage drops down to around 20%, according to as it's advertised. But then again, th...

It's simple to do a version of beatseeker without the footpedal.
Unfreeze the device, delete [p footPedalWatcher] and freeze and resave.
