i copy midi- and audio-clips too often between session and arangement only to consoloidate them.

for midi-clips i do this in many cases to join two or more clips. so it would be nice if there is an option to select sereval clips and choose "consolidate to a single clip"

i'm controlling live also with glovePIE. there i'm typing the CCs also with the computer-keyboard. it would be a better workflow, when i don't have to switch always between the pc and the controller.

and i have anyway a real complex midi-setup without glovepie.

but i think it's not very easy. the plugIns also have to support this feature.
so it should be implemented in the vst-standard.
so ask steinberg and not ableton.
