The selector doesn't turn devices on or off. You have to enable or disable the devices in each chain yourself. Or another way to put it, you have to add the relevant devices to each chain. How did you set up each chain? Is Massive present in the second chain for example? Yeah, thats what I've done ...

Thats a good idea using the Macro Variations – I hadn't thought of that.

But, I'm hoping to have about 20 different instrument patches in this rack, so I think the Variations have a limit of 8?

Where are all the Grooves located (MPC, Logic, SP1200 etc)?

I set up a new computer with Live 10 recently, and I can for the life of me find these grooves which are normally in the Live library. Have they been moved?

Tried to install Bram's Smexoscope VST, and for whatever reason, Ableton cannot see the VST.

Here is where I DL'd it from. Yes, I have tried rescanning my Plug-ins. also restarted Ableton.

Any ideas whats going on here?

Yeah, thanks – I had found that VST, but being a little fussy, I really find the interface ugly as sin.

Also, it would be preferable to find a Live device that works natively, rather than a VST, but its no dealbreaker.

Ok, so i know about the Tom Cosm 'Work Timer 2.0' – but sadly this M4L device kept on resetting itself each time I started a new session.

Is there another time tracking device for Ableton Live that tracks session time, and total accumulative time spent working on a project?

Hey, thanks – I finally worked it out – I had some weird routing that was actually doing something totally different than what I had intended to do.

I worked it out in the end. Minor bummer that you can only have 6 Return chains within a drum rack, where as you can have upto 12 main returns.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong – but when I have placed the Return Chains in the bottom of the Drum Rack, as per Login's example, the audio from each drum cell in the rack is sending OK to the appropriate Return channel... ....BUT... ...because of the way it is now routed, the audio is bypassing any proce...

Was looking for this functionality today. I don’t have Push in front of me atm, but from memory, there are extra spaces in the screen interface that could facilitate these commands.

Alternatively, SHIFT + (something) could do these functions.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
