+1 Although, we don't actually need a key command to select the loop brace, if we can instead have key commands to shorten and move the loop brace without it being selected. Selecting the loop brace is only a means to an end; any other way to reach that end would just as satisfactory. Awesome!!!!!!...

i mainly record audio. Do you think that recording/storing the project files onto external drive would relieve the load.?

What Side Chain Compressor do you use?

I have a waves compressor that has side-chaining option but for some reason it does not work in Live, that is the compressor works but the side-chaining does not. I found a free comp. that does the trick.
Does anyone use side-chain comps. and what kind?
Thanks

Whats the best way to setup you computer, ext HD ect.?

Like, do i need to partition the hard drive etc....? I guess Live should stay on the main internal hard drive, right? How did you ...

I see. So when you drag a note ( with grid disabled ) in the clip view you see it move in the arrangement. My mBox is gone so I can't take a picture of the PT. In pro tools you edit midi in the "arrangement view" so it is easy to aline notes to match the feel of the audio track parallel to...

But can I nudge them (MIDI notes) in the arrangement view to fall in with the feel of the notes of the audio track?
I need to see MIDI against/next to the audio track in order to do it. You know what i mean? :)
