Mute/Solo Midi Group Tracks goes to Midi Out not working

I have wanted for a long time to be able to band tracks together and solo them, for example sending midi to reason and receiving the audio back. - https://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=117522 bump, is there any workaround http://kepfeltoltes.hu/140720/258919183Untitled_www.kepfeltoltes....

Re: Contain Automation Within an Ableton Clip

Wouldn't you also need to generate a new reference clip in cases where you just want a single clip instance in Arrangement view to change? yepp, IMO reference can be good when u use a clip(variant) many times in the arrangement view - looped or not- http://kepfeltoltes.hu/140312/ableton_reference_w...

Re: Contain Automation Within an Ableton Clip

Use Ctrl-D to duplicate the clip instead of dragging the clip endpoint in Arrangement view, as you've noticed dragging doesn't duplicate automation. If you want to tidy things up you can do Ctrl-J to consolidate the repeated clips. Ctrl-D is not too good because in this case u gonna get independent...

Re: Contain Automation Within an Ableton Clip

freeze your original clip with the added automatons then duplicate it into a new audio track - u can unfreeze the orginal, there is no connection between the two ones - in the session view, and use the freezed version as reference clip in the arrangement view http://www.kephost.com/images4/2014/3/11...

Re: Battery 4 within Live 9

assign some Battery instances to different pads of a Drum rack> I would guess this would work for any wav files ,just pick and choose what I want to use? sure ;), I just like the Battery way because with it you can try/listen/collect/manage all the different kicks, claps etc. together (into a kick.k...

Re: The Great BitWig Migration

I'm glad that Ableton will have some competition, but to me, Bitwig just looks like a cheap knockoff of Live. I know that may piss some people off, but I have to call it like I see it. check the well known NAMM 2014: Bitwig Studio video from 16:00 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqnNkTvEJSk

Re: The Great BitWig Migration

Modern and shiny? What the hell does that have to do with making quality music? I know it makes f*ck all difference to making music ... but I wish Ableton looked more modern and shiny.. Cubase 7.5 looks nice currently, if u can live without the session view (and M4L) http://kepfeltoltes.hu/1...
