The other thing you can do is not have the Microkorg selected in midi preferences in Live (so it doesn't start controlling auto-mapping set-ups that you may have), however in Reason make sure it is selected under your keyboard & control surfaces & you have correct cc's going as Rahlo + Spork...

How are you running Reason into Live? What is your set-up? I'm running Reason 4 into Live 7.02 & not having and latency issues. This had been a problem for some people in previous versions of Live but was fixed with 7. I'll chime in more when I hear what you are doing so I don't waffle endlessly...
