Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but here is a nice looking Windows keyboard that has Ableton shortcuts on it. Backlit and comes in wired and wireless versions. I have one of their keyboard covers and the quality is excellent.

Every time I see something to edit (in Arrangement view), placing the selector (the Insert Marker) in Arrangement view, Live doesn't place the same marker in the Clip View.
